I'm not sure women have the upper hand. Most men are naturally dominant and most women are naturally submissive, and those dynamics are still fairly prevalent in the workplace. I just had a friend who was propositioned by her boss, with suggestions of potential promotion if she becomes a "team player". I believe those scenarios remain more common than a dominant female boss blackmailing a male employee.
