Well thank you boys. it's so sweet
of you to take the time to tell me
that you like what I do.

I was concerned about that cap.
I loved the image, the girl and the
look on her face but I was never
really happy with the caption and
I was very uncertain how it was
going to be received.

I'm happy that at least some of
liked it enough to take the time
to tell me. It's often like that by
the way. I'll really like a cap. I'll
think it's a perfect match of image
and caption and I'll get zero feed
back. The sometimes I'll do a cap
and think it's not that good and
any number of people will tell me
they loved it. Go figure.

Some girls aren't cruel, aren't
mean, don't even really want to

Jane, this is quickly becoming one of my favorite threads and it is primarily because of you. Yes, the journeymen here tend to post in blasts, but the upside is, there's some treasure there. Then there is you. EVERYTHING you post is a treasure, masterful. Love everything you do. I salute the other caption artists posting here for having the balls to post in the same thread as you and Timmy. Though I enjoy the others, you own this thread.

Believe it or not I'm inclined to
agree with you. Early on I used a
lot of celebrities but I'm finding I
use fewer and fewer as time goes
on.

One reamister is that I like the women
in the caps to be attractive but not
stop traffic stunningly beautiful. the
other reamister is I want the woman
to be more like a woman that the
guys reading the caps could see,
would normally be around.

Tumblr has made it much easier
by the way to find those attractive
woman with just the right expression
on her face.

So I really appreciate what your
saying, thanks.

Just for the record I have around
8,000 images in several folders on
my hard drive. Yeah, it takes a lot
to see that face and know exactly
what she's saying to you.

I have a few older caps I want to give a home to, thus the "blasts", but in the near future the numbers of my posts will decline, as I haven't the time I once had to create new stuff - and out of respect for you and the other posters here (I don't want to obscure your presentations or those of the other excellent participants here).

what makes it special.

There were a lot of posts from
a lot of cappers before I came
along and the thread was a
success without me. In fact it's
success was what drew me to
it. So again for what it's worth
I think of myself as just one
among many and lets see
some more of those magazine
covers.
