The photographs are a bit on the small side for my tastes.

You created .bmp files, some of which had a .php extension. I suspect that only .jpg or .gif pictures post as thumbnails, but I could be mistaken.

the pics are way too small. save as jpg and also make sure they dont shrink

very nice pictures though
