Kenneth - I agree with Don. Take a break. We all know that at some point you'll just have to come back to it. It's addictive just like capping.

I tried to quit a year or so ago... well, that didn't last long. Now I just limit myself to four a day. Take a break for a while, you'll feel like it again soon.
