The above list is by no means indicative of quality, although in most cases it is. Some of the best artists here haven't even cracked 100 in user votes. My only question marks come with the asteriks. As far as I know, Timmy27 is the only caption artist with 2 threads ranked over 200; the one above and his Femdom thread.
