New concept, new focus. I think it helps to create aspiration but it's difficult to comment about all the posters that have dropped off when you have lavished so much attention my way lately.
I think if you continue to draw our attention to caps off the list sometimes, that would help. If you have the time of course.
On that front, I also wonder whether you did it all to free up some of your time or to do something else within the area. As we approach the academy awards, have you thought about a few categories, maybe in each star rating for cap of the week /month / year. Maybe split in some sub grouping of your choice to create a spread. Just a thought ...

If Norwegian doesn't want to do it again, I wonder who would? Any takers? I have a JOB available. There is NO PAY but plenty of FRINGE BENEFITS mostly involving ONE HAND. Must be JUDGMENTAL willing to be VILLIFIED by some and have a THICK SKIN. Helps to be a GOOD JUDGE OF TALENT, have an OPEN MIND and a BIG EGO.
