Kim Yes, I suspect so. It is an interesting idea, though, if one that must stay theoretical.
I think the true shame is that a permister's mind doesn't mature as fast as their body at younger ages, so that we are fully formed and sexually ready long before we get to the point that we realize just how un-productive constant masturbation is. If our minds were as mature as our bodies throughout our teen years, I imagine people would get a heck of a lot more done during that time.
Actually, my own lady (and I'm sure this is rather common) used various psychological and social methods to greatly discourage my masturbation.
Basically, I was always taught to never close a door besides the bathroom in my house, and any time I spent in the bathroom beyond a few minutes was met with a knock and a question as to how I was doing.
A small water heater ensured fast showers and 10:00 bed times with 6:00 alarms ensured I learned to fall arelax almost instantly.
And, she corresponded our schedules so that almost every moment I was home, so to was she.
Luckily, I was an incredibly nervous young, so urinating in a public restroom was a challenge, let alone managing to whack off during the school day.

dom_joe_hfd thanks, I would not give that a second thought sense that pic is shoped the thinning of her lips and red and reshaped eyes all after effects raweggs thanks I was not sure any one was digging those. my partner says they need a more raciest over tone.
