wow, this is a great thread! I'm not generally into the super-busty fake giant breasts thing, so initially I stayed away. But I love the chastity/denial theme - thanks for incorporating that!
Oh, and lidman, to answer your earlier question about doing this on a Mac, there are plenty of programs out there. You can try GIMP, which is a free photoshop-type program. GraphicConverter is a shareware program - you can try it for free, but then you have to pay for it. And then there are lightweight free programs if you search around. I used one a while ago called iDraw I think that might be able to do it.
