Permisterally, I'd try to get away from the giant run-on sentences. The more intelligent the caption the better it works.

I think these are great first tries. I agree, though, that less is more in the area of caption verbiage.

I don't care for the artistic feel to them...hard to read and very distracting. Some are impossible to read so they lose both pic and idea value. Don't give up - make em clear...i'm sure they'll be great.

some of d caps r hard to read man...otherwise...they're ace!

my preference is to find a good sharp pic....
sometimes less is more as far as verbiage
others are nice and succinct but I find the doctoring of the image distracting.

nice try, not for me, but I am quite sure that the style will grab somebodies eye and that they'll love it....

try some different colors for your text...red reds...
