I got some pictures of my girlfriend and her friends and I suck with computers so if anyone can caption them gimme your email and I will send you the pictures.

its pretty simple...
click the browse button....go to where you keep the photo (My Pictures, My documents wherever you have them stored), click Open,

The site will upload it for you

Two things: below where you see name of file: you can type anything in there
Also make sure you have some type of content here in this box, the site won't just let you post photos....so even if its just a smiley-face..you gotta have something....
