I understand you deserve some compensation for your efforts, but are you going to post any complete comics after they've been on your pay site for a period of time?

I wasn't planning to - it doesn't seem to be what other Patreon creators do. I guess it's possible a few months down the line I might post the occasional comic in its entirety but that will be the exception. Hopefully the To Be Continued format I'm posting here is enjoyable enough on its own for those that don't wish to subscribe as it's basically half the comic and shows a fair bit of the action rather than just being one or two teaser panels.

what part of the comic is being published here? How much is still unread as a percentage?

Good question! It varies, depending on when in the story the action starts, but I've been listing the total number of panels in the description each time I post so you can count the number of panels in the To Be Continued version and work out how many additional panels the full comic has.

Alongside each comic on my Patreon I also post a bio sheet for that particular wife/girlfriend as a fun bit of background to the character as well as a a strip "photoshoot" of her in the same clothes and setting as the comic - these have typically 30-50 high res images and serve as an accompaniment to the comic in case you take a liking to the character.

Is a panel a page with multiple drawings on it, or is it a single drawing on a page (and the page contains multiple panels)?

A panel is a single drawing. So for example for the Third Time's A Charm posting above there's 27 panels in the TBC version and 43 in the full comic, meaning the full comic has an additional 16 panels in this particular case. The way the additional panels differ from the TBC ones is that by then the plot setup is out of the way so the additional panels are almost all focused on the spicy action itself, maybe with one or two final panels to end the story with a twist or slight sting in the tail...
