Just put a keyghost logger on the computer. They work great and are undetectable, unless she physically sees it and even then, she has to know what it is which is doubtful.

don't bring a third party into your snooping, it will only lead to problems. Do it yourself, quietly and discreetly with the keyghost to monitor her emails and eventually you will find out on your own.
