I'm getting this message when I try to upload a video to Youcuck. Anyone know why?
"unexpected server response, please try once again"
It's in wmv format. Its 2.32 min long but is 104MB in size so I suppose it's too big. What do I do?

If you scroll down this page, right under the box in which you typed your post you will see this..."Please, first read about allowed file sizes and types."
If you click on that it clearly states the max file sizes. 104MB is nearly twice the maximum size it needs to be, so yes its too big!

Thanks. Problem now is that in order to meet the file size I seem to have to cut the video down really short to around 50 secs. And that means I'll have to cut a lot of good stuff! What am I doing wrong?

And it still doesn't seem to be working although the file is now 38MB!

could be you have crappy upload speeds where you are. have you "pinged" to check upload/download speeds?

It's now uploaded here. Just a poorly taken introductory video, but if response is good I have more I might post.
