the second picture clears up nothing as it could easily have been taken using a "cache sex" (google it), which can effectively hide male genitalia.
one big "tell" is the hands which are massive and masculine. second: the hips, not just in their narrowness but in the shape and height of the iliac crest.
despite the width of the neck, I find the throat area pretty convincing, devoid as it is of an apparent Adams apple, which could be the result of genetics or surgery. The shoulder muscle, the supraspinatus, is very developed and it angle indicates masculinity but is not conclusive in this era of body building.
however, the hands, the pelvic structure and the breast augmentation are pretty conclusive that she was born male.
by the way, this has nothing to do in my mind with her attractiveness. i would readily welcome her to my bed, regardless of her condition of birth or what she has between her legs. she is hot!
