Went out with a nurse in my early twenties for a few months. She was lovely.
She worked in A&E and told me some very funny stories concerning some of the reasons why people attended the unit.
We have all heard about things being stuck up bottoms etc.
A lady came in one evening and had a vibrator lodged tightly in you know where.
Apparently some women contract and have muscle spasms or seizures ......I think there is an actual medical term for it.
She was quite blaze about the whole thing and not at all embarrassed by the situation she found herself in.
After examination she was lying down comfortably and the doctor had left the lady in the safe hands of my THEN nurse girlfriend.
The lady smiled and said to her,
"If the doctor can't get it out.........could you just change the batteries"
