Could you just pay a scouse model to read a script? Try one of the modelling sites.

Honestly wouldn't know where to start in terms of looking, had a quick look at the modelling sites but surely I'd end up paying through the nose for a model and all I really need is someone's sexy voice rather than a gorgeous body as its just to record an audio clip.

The clip will be about 10 minutes long and will feature the girl humiliating POV style about having a small dick, unable to satisfy his girlfriend, being a loser etc etc etc. I'm from Liverpool myself so would be pretty easy to meet up and go through the script, would probably need half an hour of someone's time maximum to record it and happy to pay for the privelege.
