Racism is the culture of race. It's to diferentiate human beings by racial criteria. Therefore, the affirmative programs are racist. People who say it's not a genetic problem use a double standard point; they say affirmative action is due to compensate people who are in inferior position in societies due to ethnic domination caused by whites, however, they do not accept socioeconomic criteria to guide this policy; they want a genetic criterion.
