Make sure she knows you wouldn't consider it a relationship-breaker if she had a one-night stand; that, in fact, you would be turned on if she did something like that and then told you right away. She will likely tell you she would never do it (and maybe that's true), but she would know where you stand. This will make it much more likely that she might give it a go.
