It sounds to me that she is ready to explore the cuckold lifestyle. It took me about 2 years before my wife took the plunge, but it was worth the wait! Sadly, my wife only did it the once due to my insecurity after the event. I regret that now and wish I'd handled things better, because I'm sure she would have gone on to fuck more guys.
You obviously planted the seed in her mind when you first suggested it and if you have mentioned it during your love-making, then she knows it turns you on and it turns her on too. It tends to take women awhile to come to terms with the idea of relaxing with other guys with their husband's knowledge and approval, but once they get the taste, most (but not my wife!) seem to enjoy it and have several lovers. Wives can be suspicious of our motives, thinking maybe we are looking to fuck other women by letting our wives roam first. I disagree with barubus though. Your wife may have someone in mind. Perhaps she has a work colleague who has been flirting with or has met someone socially who has caught her eye. Permisterally, I didn't want my wife to fuck anyone I knew, but as she had her own social life plus worked in a different town, there wasn't a problem with her meeting interested men. Keep fantasising together about this and I'm sure she will eventually stray. Be patient though, don't rush her. My wife had two near-misses before she ending up in that young guy's bed, so don't expect your wife to jump on the first penis that presents itself. Let her take her time to see what's on offer. This will also boost her ego and self-confidence as men start chatting her up. The fact that she is married won't put off many guys.
