You are absoultely wrong in your accusations. I am most definitely genuine, and trying my hardest to make contact with the right kind of guy.

In the last 10 days/2 weeks I have had replies from several guys - some of whom sound very promising. I have answered ALL e-mails that I have received; and have not intentionally messed anyone around. I cannot imagine which of your friends has e-mailed me claiming that I have messed him about.

A major problem for me is that almost everyone that has responded via this site lives in London or the south east, which is 120 miles from where we live. We just never go to London. However I am now discussing with someone the possibility of bringing my wife to London to see a show, in the hope that we can meet up after. These arrangements are almost complete, and if they fail to go ahead it will not be as a result of me pulling out.

I have had one repmisterse from Bristol - even further away than London - and one from Solihull (much nearer, but not exactly on the doorstep). I made it plain in my postings that we are from Nottingham, and it would be much easler to set something up with someone who lives local to us. But I have not yet had one repmisterse from anyone living in our area.

I just hope you can accept that the circumstances are difficult from my point of view. Most of the action appears to be in the south-east. I am trying my best to make something happen. But it has to be with the right permister, and in the right circumstances. Hopefully something will come out of our London visit, and I wiil be able to post a boast of its success. But please accept that I am absolutely genuine, which IS the truth.

I can understand the frustration caused by anyone on this site who is not sincere. But that is certainly not the case here.
