Sorry to hear you're having such a rough time with it.

We are currently investigating the 522 errors and some intermittent loading issues, so you're not imagining things — something on the server/connection side has been unstable.

Regarding the messages to Mr Big — I actually haven't seen any messages come through from you. Could you let me know where you sent them (forum PM, email, or somewhere else)?

It's possible they simply didn't reach me.

Just a quick update.

We've made several adjustments on the backend over the past day to stabilize things and improve how the forum loads and handles image posting. Some of the issues should now be smoother.

Please let me know if you're still seeing 522 errors or problems when uploading images.

I am still experiencing "Error Code 522 Connection timed out" errors a LOT this evening while viewing pic/post. Even while posting this message.

Is there something bad still going on?

We did see a couple of short load spikes recently, but overall the system has been stable since mid-March and most users haven't been affected.

What you're experiencing looks like a temporary connectivity issue rather than a constant server problem. These spikes can happen briefly and then disappear.

We're actively monitoring it and already adjusted load distribution on the server side to smooth things out.

If it keeps happening on your end, please let me know — it helps us track patterns.
