Best of luck with her lover(s?) getting her pregnant. Might I suggest that if you go forward with the egg freezing/in vitro, and it's feasiblevto do so, that you get the sperm from someone else? Not sure anything could be much hotter than literally choosing someone else to impregnate her, even when doing it in a lab.
