I think there are *very* few couples where the bull is always black - and i mean of the already very few couples practicing cuckoldry, a tiny proportion of those are actually doing the sorts of things white guys (like me) fantasise about. Where does it come from? A lot of places:
Thing 1: society presents black masculinity as threatening to you, your property and your girl (patriarchy loves to blue the distinction between those two). This results in worse outcomes for minority ethnic groups.
