Mine has gone up and down over the years. For five years my wife had the same lover, a co-worker who she had a date with once a week like clockwork.
After that ended, there was a time she wasn't seeing anybody, then she slowly started "dating" again.
This summer has been like the perfect storm of events; she has three regular lovers right now and is out on dates at least two nights a week!

My wife has had a steady bf for a few years now. They see each other regularly, by which I mean most weekends and at least one day during the week. It's not always about sex although I can't really think of a time when they didn't end up in bed together. She has an occasional one night stand, with her regular bf's blessing.
