You will have to look for the hpv bumps on his penis and sac. They look like warts or raised bumps that can be the same color as his skin. Keep in mind that experts say an extimated 80% of sexually active people have been exposed to the hpv virus. But that doesn't necessarily mean they're having an outbreak... BUT, I don't think planned parenthood will do the hep C test which is also important if you're having unprotected sex, and they won't be able to screen for herpes either unless he's having an active outbreak.
