Need help here

My wife was seeing a guy for a year and a half. His wife found a text so my wife's relationship with him is over.

She is willing to be naughty with other men, but its so hard to find one. She doesnt want to find someone on the internet and she doesnt want to go to a swingers club.

She is beautiful so guys would hit on her at a bar but she doesnt want to go by herself. The only permister so goes out with is her sister and she doesnt want to be naughty around here.

We are going out Friday night. How can we get something to happen? She does wear an anklet on her right ankle.

Go out with her!
Just don't sit with her.
Go to watch. You'll love it.
She looks hot enough to attract some attention. She doesn't need a "wingman"
But at least you'll be there to share in the experience and protect her if some asshole decides to go for more than she wants him to.

Regular bars are fine. There is no reamister why she cannot go up to a guy and start a conversation or even dance perhaps. Have her bring the guy back to the table and sit with you. You can even explain the type of relationship you have and get lucky that way. Another idea is for her to have you pick out a guy that you would like to see her relax with and go from there. A little imagination goes a long way.
A bonus is that she has already had a relationship with someone else . Most husbands do not even get that far.

Those are good ideas. She isnt the type to hit on a guy. She likes for the guy to make the move, just havent run into a guy that will do that with me there (or even in the restroom).

Sounds like you need to do a little "shopping" yourself then.
Go out meet more guys.
Pick one buy him a beer. Lay out the sales pitch see if he turns and runs or stands and listens like most men would do in my opinion.
Take a photo of your wife.
Tell him you want to "share" her or whatever term makes you two comfortable.
Tell him she's shy and you're just going to go sit in the corner. If he's down with it and looking to get some.
