I've heard that it makes them feel really horny, I've also heard that it has no effect.
I've no permisteral experience of it though

I take viagra as a guy and it doesn't make me horny - it just makes my dick rock hard if I am horny. The pont is, I don't think it does anything to the brain. It helps us physiologically.
I guess it could affect a woman positively, especially if she believed it would!
