penectomy

Having seen quite a few posted topic threads relating to castration which are almost all pure fantasy ( as they should be ). I wonder if any members have had a penectomy.
This can happen through accident, illness, even faulty medical practices.
However because a man has lost his entire penis or a proportion of it, that would not necessarily make him want female companionship less.
Bear in mind if he still has his testicles
he will definitely have sexual desires,
allowing for age of course.A real problem for the young.
Any members or wives or G/F have any comments on how it affects relationships, especially the fact that the sufferer will not be able to have normal physical contact with their loved one.
Are the females able to go through life
with only manual, oral or sex toy stimulation. Or at some point is the real thing a necessity. Do guys in this situation allow themselves to be cuckolded and accept it.
I am not expecting a lot of answers but any would I am sure be enlightening.
