there are alot of different ways to go about this. Several I've used in the past and currently are a tightly fitting dildo inserted before heading home, Latex or rubber panties, the little cups used for menstruation (rather than tampons or pads) work as well. Leather panties tend to get stained and ruined however.

this has been talked about at other sites before. I do not remember the name of the item but there is a diaphram type device that is used to keep sperm in for a longer time for conception purposes. I will try to look and see if I can find any info and will post.
