I have seen pics of Scrotums with 1L of fluid in them.. The saline will get absorbed, how long it takes depends upon how much is infused.

It does stretch things out if done often enough over a long enough period of time. On the newart site there are photos of guys with 4 and 5 liters in their sacks. That takes lots of time and lots and lots of practice to get the scrotum stretched enough to accept that much saline. There are also men injection 5% glucose solutions which causes even bigger enlargement per amount infused, but again takes lots of practice. The only dangers that I have heard of from this practice is from not using sterile techniques when placing and/or removing the needles. It's quite addicting for the man to hear them talk about it. Not sure we want our cucks thinking they have big balls like that though......

Just for kicks, check this link out of a man that infused several liters of 10% glucose solution that gave him the equivalent inflation of 6 liters of straight saline!! He over stretched for his capacity at the time and vows never to do that much glucose again.

Who said cucks were doing inflations? From everything I've read I serious doubt it.

I inflate/infuse my scrotum all the time using either saline or N2O. I am going to do a dextrose infusion soon.

My wife has injected saline right into my testicles, not the sac. She has put up to 20 cc into the center of each nut. It really swells them up for awhile, then I can feel it in the cords. Very sore balls. By the next day it is gone, and my balls feel a little empty.
Yes, Im concerned about damaging them, but she says it does not matter, since I no longer get to fuck her.

I have injected into my testicles as well. The most I have done was 50 cc into the left one.
