When I was about 8 to 10 years old, I avoided girls because they had
kooties. When I was around 12, I learned that the wonder of femininity
always beats kooties. And I discovered masturbation. In the early
60's, with no internet or "Hustler" magazines, the Sears catalog and
nudist magazines were about all the stimulation that was available.
At that time, "Life" magazine featured a wonderful set of full page,
full color ads, featuring wholesome, but beautiful, women in exotic
locales, showing off their bras. They used the memorable tag line "I
dreamed I (
did something fantastic) ... in my maidenform bra".
Believe me, there were lots of those pages stuffed under my mattress.
The world of sex has changed, but those ads are still fresh in my
memory.
