As you seek, are you looking for something that will block testosterone - ie lower his sex drive or fem hormones that will cause him to develop more feminine features like breasts.
Both as noted above will cause a decrease in the male sexual drive and while making "her" more passive will also reduce the sexual edge which can be used as a driving power.
