My wife has not let me do anything sexual with her (or even hug or kiss her) for well over 2 years now. Well, my wife doesn't want to have sex with me any more, either. She had a super-bad breakup last year, and I was her support through it, but there wasn't any sex involved, just me taking care of her. I guess that's a little different from your situation, if your wife doesn't want you to comfort her.
