Cannot scroll on pics

Android, 5.0.1, tried multiple browsers. Whenever I open a pic I am unable to scroll down. I can zoom in and out but if the image is larger than my screen I cannot see the bottom. I don't have this issue on any other site. Tried, chrome, boat and Firefox. Has happened for about a week now.

Anyone else experiencing this? Any advice? I have of course tried clearing my cookies and cache, restarted the device.

Close the pic by clicking the "X" in upper right hand corner
Than open pic again

I don't mean to bump this, but that fix didn't work for me bell. 5hank you for the advice though. If I am the only one experiencing the issue, it is likely my device although I have such a hard tike understanding that. Every other site and app can scroll fine. Even this site as long as it is not a pic. Oh well.

Have you tried logging into the site with a pc?

I've found that if you open the image in a new tab scrolling will work. Weird that it doesn't otherwise though.
