We've tested the issue on our side. The developer changed the password for this user locally, and everything works correctly — the account shows the proper status and access to the Real Persons forum is available.

There's nothing unusual in the code, and since it's working for other users, it should work for you as well.
Could you please try clearing your browser cache (and cookies), or try logging in using an incognito/private window? Sometimes old cached data can cause this kind of issue.
