Hung09: These are actually quite easy to make. The current version of Adobe Photoshop, with one click of the mouse will put a cartoon filter on any image. Cut and spice faces on to bodies and then into backgrounds. Apply the filter, add some shading and blur some edges and voila, done! About ten minutes max. If you get good, 2 or three minutes. A silent fool is counted wise. |

Google : cartoon filter photoshop
It is so commonly used, that once you enter in the first two, cartoon filter, google auto suggests the next word. Photoshop.
Sorry I was busy having sex with my hot wife and enjoying boating season, not checking this board, with bated breath.
The newest version of photoshop does things with a few clicks that were previously impossible without long hours and experience.
