Hi there. I'm probably being a bit stupid, but the volume, fast forward, etc controls bar seem to be missing from the videos now? Is there any way I can get it back? Thanks.

Sometimes its there, and sometimes not. But I have noticed that when its not working properly the picture seems to be off centre as if its too big to fit the little window. Any ideas anyone?
