Chrome changed the way it does things?

Hi all since the last Chrome update I got on the 24.05.2013 it seems they have changed the way they handle images and java in general. Only text is shown in chat anymore, no pictures, or the logout or send button. They are still there as when I mouse over they are shown in the status bar at the bottom, they are just not visible. I also noticed a few others having the same problems. Do not know on which side the issue is, or is it a setting that got changed? I have Chrome set to show all images and execute scripts. Thanks for the advice.

To resolve the Google Chrome problem change the "Chat type" from Continuous to Classic, refresh-type at the logon screen.
