The other type is the
Profile picture.
(Thanks to PicJohnmister for this tip.)If you are using Mozilla Firefox, it is easier for you. Right-click in a thumbnail and chose
Copy Image Location, not
Copy Link Location in his post below. Paste that into your browser URL section. Remove the
_th and press the Enter key. It becomes a JPG ready to save.
If you are using MS Windows Explorer, these are harder to save because, no matter which button you click, or menu choice you use, the result is a
!pix file that had no usable data.
So you have to resort to the Print Screen key and saving the file in a graphics program. I limit myself to only great pictures because it's so much trouble, especially if the picture doesn't fit on the screen.
At the end, I will give details and a link to the program that I use. (I have
NO stake in the company at all.) It's just the simplest, most versitile program that I've ever used.
The instructions on these 2 photos are for pictures which fit entirely on the screen.
