Whenever I try to upload a video I get the message shown below, can anyone help?
File was not uploaded. Either it is not allowed for you to upload files with the following type or size, either such file already exists in the specified directory; either there was an internal server error. Please, try again.

is it your video following below rules:
You are allowed to upload the following file types (shown allowed file type and maximum file size in KBytes):
* video/mpeg - 200 Mb
* video/x-ms-wmv - 200 Mb
* video/x-msvideo - 200 Mb
* video/quicktime - 200 Mb
* video/avi - 200 Mb
Please, use only alphanumerical names, uploading your original files! All suspicious symbols will be replaced by our upload script. Maximum allowed filename length, in characters, is 50.

Thanks Mr Big but my video is under 5 Mb and is a wmv file and alphanumeric but I still cant get it to upload, keep getting the same message shown below
