There are many security issues related to the files uploaded on our forums. Each case is individual, and if you think you can not attach files because of some bad hitch in the system, which doesn't fit in the rules described above, please report our administrative stuff.
It sounds like your movie is too big to be uploaded to the forum. In that case, you can either split the file into small chunks and upload them all to the forum...or you can upload the entire file to a different site (rapidshare, megaupload, shufuni, etc) and then post a link to the movie here on the forum.
