I can't see the pics once I've saved them to my computer or disk. Any suggestions?

Right click on the thumbnail and select "save target as", this will then save the picture in its original format (jpeg, bmp etc)

toad,
What you need to do is right click on the thumbnail picture and then select 'open in new window'.
The right click on it in the new window to save the picture, it will then be in jpeg.
