A sex party was arranged in Holland where only couples and single black men were allowed.
Single white men were not allowed and some of them filed an official compaint.
Now an official bureau against discrimination has to investigate this matter to see if this was lawful or not.
The company said that it was a closed party and that they could invite who ever they want.
Although this is true, the probably aren't allowed to do this purely based on skin color.
