wondering when someone would post about this. It's wonderful for this to happen in Ireland. The outcry by weak white males in Ireland is only outweighed by the sudden rush of irish girls to get their own BBC.

Being Irish and in Ireland myself you fucking muppets, Ireland is not a racist country, we just don't like lazy fucking muppets sponging off the social welfare while in a recession while we work our nuts off trying to put the country right. We have a great black community here and a lot of my mates are black, so go fuck yourself and get an education.

Ireland is a free country that hosts many nationalities and has no racism towards any particular group of people. Most 'rascism' here that is seen, heard or witnessed here has a background story to it that is not rooted in racism or ill feeling towards anyone.

Maybe it is your perception black_man_loves_blondes that needs to be re-adjusted. Get over your blackness, it shouldn't go to the heart, and get with the programme, join life.

Just to back up Seamusx-- I have been to Ireland, and most people who have lived there can tell you that there is little or no racism there. Unlike certain other countries, they never allowed slavery, for one thing. There is no tradition of institutionalised racism. And Phil Linnot, the famous black lead singer of Irish band Thin Lizzy, remarked in his biography that he never experienced racism growing up there.

So Tinycock but I am born and raised in Ireland, Phil Linnott was called every name under the sun in school and in clubs, my asian friends are spat at and called pakis in the streets, my polish friends are told to go home and my nigerian friends are called gollywogs... living here is far different from coming on a plastic paddy weekend.

The Irish were part of Britain for 800 years so had no say in slavery as we were slaves.

as a foreigner in ireland for over 20 years now, i have to say ireland has changed a lot. when i 1st arrived here, foreigners were mainly doctors, college students & indian/chinese restaurant owners! the irish didn't have a problem with them in general. after the big influx of africans in the late 90s & the eastern europeans in the noughties, things have changed. the irish feel that they are either bumming off social welfare or taking up jobs instead of the irish...although these were jobs that the irish had no interest in when times were good.

take nursing for instance, there are loads of indian & philipino nurses around but a lot of newly qualified irish nurses can't get jobs & have to go abroad...however, all these foreign nurses were recruited 6-7 years ago when there was an acute shortage of nurses in the country!

on the other hand, the irish are a lot more well travelled now than 20 years ago and are not as insular as previously. all in all, i would have to say that ireland is probably somewhat more racist now than in the past but would take issue with the idea that it is the most racist country in western europe...look at the rise of the BNP in the UK & for the 2nd time in france, the far right (Le Pen et al) are the 2nd most popular party.

having said all of that, i am married to a white irish woman & regard ireland as home sorry for the rant, i'm here for cuckoldry & hope we can return to that
