I too, see it in elementary and middle schools and around neighborhoods since my wife is a school administrator. There is a strict no touching policy in the elelemtary and middle schools here since many of the youth, being it mixed or otherwise, were becomming to affectionate in the hallways. Puberty is occurring at an earlier age for all races in the US and girls, blessed with a new found freedom, our exploring their sexuality at a younger age, also. Adults, and pareents of course, get overly alarmed about this. As one of the few "Born again" christians I ever met once told me, once a kid learns how to masturbate and have sex, boy or girl, trying to get them to stop is an act of futility and insantity. Trying to get them to stop or make them feel guilty about it is even worse. He even agreed with President Clinton's surgeon general that masturbation should be discussed as a genuine form of abstinence.

However, here in England I know six stunningly beautiful 19 and 18 year old white ladies who fuck black dudes their own age, and black dudes only!
The way it should be, obviously.
The Asian gals I know are mostly the same as well.
