I'm not interested in castration, feminization, hormones, sterilization, etc, etc, etc... I want to know if a couple can deliberately create a situation in which the wife is sexually active while her husband is incapable of having sex. She teases him as he craves her and other men fuck her, but his penis just sits there, small, limp, sexless and useless. Any information out there?

That said, "DHT blockers" like those used to reduce baldness and prostate cancer are listed as causing impotance. Testosterone is the general male hormone. DiHydroTestosterone is the most active form. DHT blockers reduce or prevent Testosterone in the system from being converted into the more active DHT. It takes the edge off your maleness. The most common are Finasteride (marketed as Proscar, Propecia, Fincar, Finpecia, Finax, Finast, Finara, Finalo, Prosteride, Gefina, Appecia, Finasterid IVAX, Finasterid Alternova) and Dutasteride (marketed as Avodart, Avidart, Avolve, Duagen, Dutas, Dutagen, Duprost) Depending on your country, they may require a prescription.

It's called SALTPETER or potassium nitrate, and it does not require a prescription. I've been on dutasteride/Avodart for a while now (not for beningn prostate hyperplasia, but for its still-unapproved use to prevent further hair loss; though there is a clinical trial ungoing for this new use; it's several times more effective than finasteride/Propecia) and have to say that it has indeed affected my erectile function. Apparently it's not for all men; the drugs' stats say that it's only a certain small percentage of men who experience this "side effect", at least noticeably. Sadly I'm one of those few (for me I'm not looking for impotence!), though luckily it's not that bad. Basically it's an overall reduction in performance: - I rarely get rock hard anymore, except when very close to ejaculation. Don't get me wrong, it's not ED/impotence per se -- just 10-20% less hard than I remember getting - hardness goes in waves during intercourse (hard - soft - hard) which, of course, happens to everyone, but seems to happen a lot more now (though it could be age; not 18 anymore! -- but the change has been too fast for that I think) - I might even be a little smaller now; maybe 0.25" less in length and diameter; though it could just be related to not often getting rock hard anymore So, in summary, it's unlikely that dutasteride (even less so finasteride) will actually make you impotent.
