A question for the women

Hey ladies. So my girlfriend says that she likes our sex, and we rarely have sex anymore because i get tired of always having to initiate everything. We go to bed at night and she lays down and goes to sleep. She says she loves my penis, and whenever i ask her why she isn't interested in sex, she says she is and she doesnt initiate because she doens't like to be rejected so she doesn't want to initiate anything.
