Any help or insight anyone can give will be great.

About 6 months ago i brought up to my wife that i would be very interested in having a 3some with one of our married friends. Yea USARMY I had a very similar predicament, It turned out that one of our best friends had been swinging for several years and his wife told my wife about the fun they had and the people they met. It was a positive encounter (though we never did play with them.) Armed with a an alley, we did the same as you. We talked about how she was traveling so much and guys are always hitting on her and she should learn to relax and enjoy the recreational side of sex.
