I think there is a very simple rule:
You should let your husband watch if it is something that all three parties want to do and feel comfortable with. Everyone needs to be cool with it.
It really doesn't matter why your husband wants to watch, just that he does and he expresses his desire.

As most have said, if everyone is fine with the way things are than, its totally up to you. However if he is starting to resent that he is not being included then there may be issues. It just really depends on how important it is to him, and the dynamics of your marriage.
My wife and I are into this for both of us and talk a LOT about what BOTH of us want. For us, I would go nuts not being there and I don't think I could handle it, but thats us.
The main thing is that whatever you decide, both of your are ok with it and it doesn't negatively impact your marriage.

First I am sorry to hear things have not been going your way lately s-o-cpl as to the guys.
Perhaps you might try some online resources. There are some really hot guys out there and you can perhaps find you one or two meet w/regularly (thus keeping any std issues to a minimum) and eventually arrange to have your hubby there to watch.
One of our goals is for me to go to one of the local dance clubs pick up a guy and take him out to our car. My hubby would follow and then watch from outside the car as I fuck the other guy.
Another variation would have him driving us around while I am in the back w/guy. Actually did this one w/a fellow. That was very interesting for me as I was nervous about what folks behind us might have thought about my feet being up in the window and all.
Another option if available to you might be a swing club. I really don't want this to come across as a flame to redimac, because I have apprieciated many many of his posts and in some situations, I would agree with him, the bull may have a say. However for those of us that want our marriages to continue way past the point of the particular bull at the time, things need to be agreed upon between the wife and husband first. If that means for a particular couple not letting him watch or letting the bull make that decision than thats between them.
Once again I recomend you guys talk about it. You are very good looking and have a lot of options for finding guys beyond just bars. A lot of guys out there are very into this as you already know. Also if you look online a little more, it would be easier to agree to everything up front and allow your husband to watch if that is what the two of you agree on.
