There was a similar incident reported a few months ago but that one was the woman strangled her husband during sex. Never heard how her charges/court date went. (guess not enough duct tape involved) The comments attached to the story are quite interesting as well. One must be very mindful of their partner's health and welfare if they have them bound or subdued in anyway. No matter how erotic the fantasy as we all know sometimes reality can be a real buzkill I'd rather have him bound and gagged and taped to a chair in the corner where he can watch and be tormented that way.
